Phil is an experienced traffic management professional with extensive hands-on and leadership experience across metropolitan and regional infrastructure projects in South Australia.

He has worked across complex civil and road construction environments, supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient traffic management outcomes. His experience includes day and night works, live traffic environments, major arterial roads, CBD works, and long-term infrastructure programs.

Phil is known for maintaining a strong site presence, communicating clearly with project managers, supervisors, and crews, and proactively identifying and managing traffic risks. He takes a practical, solutions-focused approach and works closely with site teams to ensure traffic management plans are implemented to the highest safety and compliance standards.

In addition to on-site delivery, Phil brings strong operational leadership capability, including workforce coordination, inductions, compliance oversight, and mentoring of traffic controllers and team leaders. He now leads the Traffic and Infrastructure Services business unit, with full accountability for performance and delivery. Tom is responsible for financial outcomes (P&L), commercial strategy, and driving operational excellence across the division.

Tom manages key client relationships and stakeholder engagement across major projects, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent delivery. He plays a critical role in securing and delivering Tier 1 contracts, maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance standards.

With a solid foundation in business operations, Tom has successfully completed a Certificate III in Business while working with RAW Group.

Darren is a highly regarded and well-known professional in the Traffic Management industry, with over 20 years of experience delivering complex traffic solutions across a wide range of projects.

He leads the integration of traffic operations and planning across projects at a state-wide level, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high performance in delivery. Darren is responsible for the development, review, and approval of Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), ensuring all planning aligns with Austroads, DIT, and client-specific requirements.

Renowned for his ability to partner with clients and coordinate traffic projects seamlessly, Darren manages multi-project resourcing, workforce planning, and fleet allocation to meet demanding delivery schedules. He provides strong technical oversight and governance to supervisors and field teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution on site.

Darren’s transparent and personable nature makes him the ‘go-to’ person for all things traffic. He actively monitors performance, compliance, and planning outcomes, driving continuous improvement across all operations.
